The Baby Spa Network was founded in 2022 by Roxane, a lactation consultant and reflex integration therapist. Driven by her curiosity about the workings and effects of hydrotherapy on babies, she soon discovered that there were no clear guidelines within this young industry. Because quality and safety are essential to her, she developed a quality manual and a quality mark for baby spas. Together with Bianca, who strengthened the network with her knowledge of design and marketing, among other things, the initiative continued to grow.
Meanwhile, Yvonne and Mandy, both experienced baby spa owners and members of the network, regularly received questions from aspiring entrepreneurs about working methods and practical matters. Based on their own experiences, they therefore decided to start the Baby Spa Academy; a place where knowledge, quality, and connection come together.
Because the vision and goals of both initiatives are closely aligned, it has been decided to transition the Baby Spa Network into the Babyspa Academy. In doing so, we join forces to further professionalize the baby spa industry.

The Babyspa Academy strives for a professional and transparent baby spa industry, where quality, hygiene, and safety are a matter of course. We aim to grow into the leading knowledge and quality network for baby spas at home and abroad, while building an inspiring community where professionals support each other, learn together, and contribute to the further development of this wonderful field.
Mission
The Babyspa Academy's mission is to support new and established baby spa entrepreneurs in creating a safe, professional, and loving environment for babies and their parents. We offer knowledge, training, and guidance to ensure quality within the industry and strengthen entrepreneurship. Through education, practical tools, and an engaged community, we help baby spas grow based on trust, expertise, and connection.
